Delivery: 18 Working days from the date of order. Any public holidays are non-working days. We demand our clients when you put in a request with us, sympathetically keep a few additional days in the pocket as Freight/Courier can get delayed and in some cases, creation postpones influence the ordinary delivery times
Note:
We adjust certain elements for modesty reasons. i.e. low backs, drop shoulders, and sleeveless dresses are adjusted to normal backs, normal shoulders, and sleeves attached. Kindly read stitching policy for more information.

Wash inside out to protect fabric and color. Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Wash similar colors together. Use mild detergent only. Do not use bleach.Drying Instructions

Iron inside out on low to medium heat. Do not iron directly on prints, logos, or embellishments. Use a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics.Storage Tips
Hang structured garments (shirts, blazers, dresses). Fold knitwear to maintain shape. Store in a cool, dry place.Return & Exchange

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Return freight charges apply on all returns expect our error. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
