Processing Time

Due to the nature of our products, many of our orders are for special events like weddings. Processing times can also depend on the complexity of the outfit, as some designs require more time for stitching and preparation. The minimum time required for shipping is 12 days. If your order is for pret (ready-to-wear) items, delivery may be faster. We prioritize orders based on event dates to ensure timely delivery. For example, if your event is within 12 days, we may prioritize your order over one scheduled for 15 days. Please contact us for further details and to ensure prompt delivery.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for your order depends on multiple factors, including the shipping method selected, destination, courier capacity, and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs issues, geopolitical events, natural disasters, or airspace restrictions.
