If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 7 business days. You may then choose: An alternative product, or A full refund Exchange orders will be processed with priority. We recommend confirming availability before placing your order if delivery time is critical. SECTION 21 – URGENT ORDERS Orders marked as “urgent” (delivery within 15 days or less) are processed immediately. Due to expedited processing, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are not permitted once placed. By placing an urgent order, you agree to this policy. SECTION 22 – SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS & CUSTOMIZATION Customers must clearly communicate custom requests at checkout using the “Order Notes” box.
